1. Course Fee
Course fees paid towards enrollment are subject to this Refund Policy. By making a payment, you agree to these terms.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests will be considered only if submitted within 24 hours of payment and before attending the first class or accessing course materials.
- Once a student has attended any live class or accessed recorded course content, no refund will be provided.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after enrollment.
- Failure to attend classes.
- Lack of interest or personal reasons.
- Poor internet connection or technical issues on the student’s side.
- Failure to complete the course.
4. Batch Changes
If a student is unable to attend a scheduled batch due to genuine reasons, Indian Stock Market Academy may allow the student to join a future batch, subject to availability.
5. Cancellation by Indian Stock Market Academy
If a course is cancelled by Indian Stock Market Academy due to unforeseen circumstances and no alternative batch is offered, eligible students may receive a full refund or be given the option to join another batch.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
